A new residential tower for the Oak Lawn district of Dallas builds upon the growth and success of the Crescent and as an opportunity to define a new level of rental life style and a skyline contribution to the growth of Dallas. This tower, while simple in shape and form shall derive its character from the articulation of the enclosing wall system, the signature at the top of the building and the entry plaza details and materials.
Our design is ultimately efficient in plan and organization affording the tenants the best views, the optimum plans, graceful circulation and rich amenities. By creating a crisp brise-soleil at the exterior on the north and south elevations and a precisely organized grouping of balconies on the east and west the image of the tower will evolve daily as the sun moves across the façade. This building will derive its character from simply the shade and shadow of the architectural elements and not depend on elaborate imported materials.
